Seamlessly integrate container weighing into your operations.

Using VGM APIs Seamlessly integrate container/bulk weighing into your operations. Your existing data management system (ERP/TOS/TMS) sends container pickup lists (in case of lift trucks) and vessel reference (in case of bulk handling) to yourKONECRANES cloud services, which transmits them via an onboard router to a tablet running the Konecranes weighing application.

The operator lifts and stabilizes the container/lifted bulk, then initiates weighing through the machines display. Weight data flows through the router to the tablet application, where the operator links it to the correct container—either by selecting from the system-generated list or manually entering the container ID or the Vessel ID. Once verified, the router transmits the linked ID and weight data back to yourKONECRANES cloud services, making it instantly available to your existing management system through seamless integration.

• Verified gross mass (VGM) and reference ID of the container/vessel (for bulk handling operations)

• Timestamp (date, time) for obtaining the gross mass of the packed container

• Name of the authorized person who is accountable for and signs the VGM data

• Machine number and internal ID of the machine

• GPS coordinates at the weighing location

• Operator’s ID (when available
